| Cruisin Classics stands
behind every product it sells. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied
with your purchase, return it within 15 days and we will exchange it or
refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. There is never a restocking
fee, but we do not reimburse initial shipping costs. Custom-made items are,
regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which
case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered.
Before returning any merchandise, please
call or email for a return authorization number. Return authorization
requests should be sent to
cruisin.classics@comcast.net or call (717) 277-7667. Make sure to affix
the return authorization number to the outside of the package. Items
returned without a return authorization number will be refused and sent back
to the sender.
We recommend that packages be sent back to
us with UPS or FedEx Ground as they provide tracking numbers and insurance.
Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track
the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. You will be
responsible for return shipping costs. Return packages to the address below
unless otherwise instructed.
